These terms are the agreement between you and Kapi Go for using the app at kapigo.app. By creating an account or using Kapi Go, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

What Kapi Go is

Kapi Go is an AI assistant that helps you sort through what's on your mind and break tasks into small steps. It's a productivity tool. It is not a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, treat or replace professional care for ADHD or any other condition. If you're struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Kapi Go. Give us accurate sign-up details, keep your password safe, and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

Using Kapi Go fairly

Please don't:

  • break the law or use Kapi Go to harm others;
  • try to access other people's accounts or data, or attack, overload or probe the service;
  • use bots or scripts to send large numbers of requests, or try to get around usage limits;
  • use Kapi Go to create content that is illegal, hateful or abusive;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.

The AI can be wrong

Kapi's replies and steps are generated by AI. They can be incomplete, unsuitable or simply wrong. Use your own judgment, especially for anything involving health, money, legal matters or safety, and don't rely on Kapi Go for anything time-critical.

Your content

What you write in Kapi Go stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service

Kapi Go is currently free. We may change, add or remove features, introduce paid plans (we'll tell you before anything you use starts costing money), set usage limits, or stop the service. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Ending your use

You can stop using Kapi Go at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Disclaimer and liability

Kapi Go is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Kapi Go isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently nothing, as the service is free). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant. If you keep using Kapi Go after that, you accept the new terms.
